Women's Entrepreneurship Development
Based on the Decision on Criteria, Method, and Procedure for the Allocation of Funds to Support Women's Entrepreneurship (download below), the Secretariat for Entrepreneurship Development, utilities and Transportation - Commission for the Allocation of Funds to Support Women's Entrepreneurship, has been annually announcing a Public Call for the Allocation of Funds to Support Women's Entrepreneurship since 2020.

Entrepreneurship Development
Based on the Employment Strategy in the Municipality of Kotor for the period 2021 - 2024 (download below) adopted in August 2021, and the Entrepreneurship Development Program in the Municipality of Kotor for the period 2021 - 2024 (download below) approved by the Municipal Assembly of Kotor in March 2022, budgetary funds allocated for entrepreneurship development are distributed in accordance with the action plans for 2023. The Strategy and Program contain numerous measures aimed at promoting and developing entrepreneurship and improving the overall business environment. In June 2023, in accordance with the Program, the Decision on the Allocation of Funds to Support Youth Entrepreneurship Development (download below) was adopted, based on which the first Public Call for Youth will be announced.
Agriculture, Fisheries, and Mariculture Development
Support for agriculture, fisheries, and mariculture development has been financed from the budget of the Municipality of Kotor since 2017, based on the Decision on Incentives for Agriculture Development (download below), encompassing financial support for activities related to increasing overall agricultural production, agricultural investments, guiding producers towards market economic conditions, expanding agricultural areas, promoting local products and improving the quality of life in rural areas, and activities that stimulate fisheries and mariculture development.
